Dr. Keir Finlow-Bates began to explore blockchain in 2009, and as a mathematician he was aiming to investigate the technology behind Bitcoin. With the encouragement of his neighbour, Chainfrog Oy was established in October 2016. Chainfrog’s story began through education, with blockchain workshops and lectures offered to companies and Universities. After the first pilot project for Teosto, the development of Chainfrog’s revolutionary database connector product – Blockbinder – was born.
We are launching our new Blockbinder product at Slush. Our platform shows real-time connection of databases in a simple and easy way with an amusing demo illustrating the product connecting two fictional cat databases. Come and see for yourself how new blocks are generated on the blockchain and how Blockbinder synchronizes, encrypts and secures the database information.
